Susan Starkey Nails and Beauty collects and holds essential data, which includes names, phone numbers, address, and email addresses. All of this is essential to maintaining my high standards.
I keep a hard copy of your agreement form to enable me to send messages about your appointments and treatments, I keep your address to ensure a smooth service and I also keep your email (when provided) for contact purposes. Phone numbers are stored on my password protected phone to ensure smooth running of the business. This information is stored safely and destroyed one year after the last contact with you.
I keep photos with your permission to post on Susan Starkey Nails and Beauty Facebook page and website.
I do not use your data for any other purposes. Your information will never be sold or given to any third parties
Messages and emails are kept for six months to enable me to refer back if needed.
All permissions have been sought, but if you have changed your mind about how you receive messages then please let me know. If you no longer wish me to post photographs on my website, or Facebook page then please inform me.
